Return Policy

At Annapolis Candle, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns of unburned and unused candles within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding any shipping cost. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
